How to prepare your mush

Veggie mush (cruciferous or umami)

  1. Add 1 cup of veggie mix and 1/4 cup of yellow seed & spice mix to your bowl, pot, or rice cooker.
      Microwave: Use a big bowl to avoid boil-over 

  2. Add water
      Rice cooker: 1
    .5 cups of water
      Microwave + Stovetop: 1.75 cups of water.

  3. Add any additional spices (1/2 tsp recommended).

  4. Recommended: add 1 - 2 tbsp of olive oil for extra flavor, calories, and healthy fats.

  5. Cook

Microwave: microwave for 6-7 min.

Stovetop: Bring the mixture to a boil, then let simmer until desired consistency is reached (about 10-12 min). Stir every few minutes.

Rice cooker: cook until the rice cooker stops!

If your Mush is not thoroughly cooked, or you want extra mushy Mush, just increase the amount of water and increase cook time.

Breakfast mush

  1. Add 1 cup of breakfast mix and 1/4 cup of brown seed & spice mix to your bowl, pot, or rice cooker.

  2. Add 1 cup of water.

  3. Recommended: add 1 - 2 tbsp of olive oil for extra flavor, calories, and healthy fats.

  4. Cook

Microwave: microwave for 6-7 min.

Stovetop: Bring the mixture to a boil, then let simmer until desired consistency is reached (about 10-12 min). Stir every few minutes.

Rice cooker: cook until the rice cooker stops!
